A massage gun is used to massage your body and is a must for you, whether you suffer from pain in everyday life or in connection with sports. By using the massage gun, it helps to increase blood circulation, it reduces muscle soreness/pain and promotes recovery after exercise. In general, massage helps promote well-being. The device is charged via the included USB cable. A charge takes approx. 3 hours and gives approx. 60 minutes of operating time on a full charge.
