RETURNS

Have you placed an order with us but aren't completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem! We offer a money-back guarantee for all our webshop customers. You can exchange or return your order free of charge within 30 days of receipt.

Returns are also possible if a product is delivered defective or incomplete.

If you wish to return a product for any other reason, please follow the steps below:

Select [Product does not meet expectations] under [Reason for Return]. Please make sure the product meets the following conditions:

• The product was purchased via melissa.nl

• The product is registered for return within 30 days of receipt

• The product is undamaged

• The packaging is intact and not torn (You may, of course, carefully open the packaging to inspect the product.)

Once we receive your return shipment, we will either refund the purchase amount within two weeks or, if preferred, send you a replacement product.

Please note: Return shipments are at the buyer’s risk. Melissa is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned items. Always request proof of shipment from your postal service and keep it safe.
